Hello. I'm Bernice, a product designer with a particular passion for fostering creative confidence in those around me. I'm currently based in San Francisco as a senior design manager at Albertsons, making digital groceries effortless and appetizing. Before this, I was a designer at Luminary Labs, consulting on projects that spanned the public and private sectors, from accelerating the impact of scientific tools to advancing tech education in rural areas.

I received my MFA from the Products of Design program at the School of Visual Arts. My graduate thesis, In Equality, explored the interconnected systems that allow some people to prosper and others to suffer exploitation; confronting immigration, exoticism, colonization, and race as intersected and inseparable.

These days, my twin girls keep me busy as we discover the world together one color, texture, and flavor at a time. I process it all during our long neighborhood walks. Cooking for a crowd is my love language.
